Gasflo
machines shafts for 1376, 1374, 1375, 1397, 1400, 1402 plus 1405 old
and new style pumps.
New Welch OEM shafts are being undercut
to improve performance of radial shaft seals. Gasflo supplies full
5/8”, ¾” and 1” shafts to accept tried and true mechanical shaft
seals.

machine shafts for discontinued 1375, 1395, 1396 & 1398 pumps. |

Rings, Plates and Stators: Our
in-house machine shop staff expertly produces metal components for
many Welch pumps. Stators and plates for larger sized pumps
may also be reconditioned – please see the
REMANUFACTURING section.

Vanes &
Spring Holders: Vanes are machined from cast iron and supplied
as standard items in all Level 3 major repair kits. For the
best performance, we machine spring holders from stainless steel as
standard practice. |

pumps, including various adapters. If you would like to save money
on custom or standard adaptors not currently listed in our catalog,

Choose
between mechanical shaft seals or radial lip seal assemblies.
For some, nothing beats the reliability and reduced wear offered by
mechanical seals. Others prefer the convenience of a radial
lip seal assembly. Gasflo gives you a choice between
mechanical, Viton® radial lip seals or Nitrile radial lip seals for
individual purchase or in Level 1, 2 & 3 kits. |

Durable Valves, Studs & Springs for
Less Cost: Welch supplies these items in steel for standard service
pumps and charges a premium for the same items in stainless steel
for chemical service pumps. Gasflo supplies all metal valves,
springs, and studs in corrosion resistant stainless steel for longer
service life at competitive prices. In addition, our valve
plates are photo-etched, not stamped, for smooth edges and perfectly
flat surfaces that guarantee proper sealing. |

Level 1: |
Includes a shaft seal kit plus
all gaskets. "-MS" kits include an aluminum housed mechanical
shaft seal.
"-RB" kits include an aluminum housed Buna-N radial
lip shaft seal for standard service pumps.
"-RV" kits include an
aluminum housed Viton® radial lip shaft seal for corrosive
service pumps. |

Level 2: |
Includes a Level 1 kit plus v-belt(s),
valves, springs, ball valves, spring holders, shaft keys and
washers. |

Level 3: |
Includes a Level 2 kit plus a set
of cast iron vanes for complete pump overhaul

We Support Your New & Old Style
Pumps:
Welch changed 1402, 1376, 1374, 1397 and 1405 pump designs in recent
years. Gasflo includes both old and new style replacement parts in
our kits for universal service of all Welch pumps regardless of gas
ballast or sight glass designs. We offer two kits for the 1405 – one to
service old style pumps with a 5/8” shaft and one for new style pumps
with ¾” shafts. We supply an additional set of spring holders (41-1685)
to fit the new style stators in 1374, 1376, 1397, 1402 & 1405 (2nd
Gen) pumps. |
