Standard kits are equipped with vanes machined in-house from our Prevail material.  Corrosive series E2M40 & E2M80 Super Pump Kits are equipped with second stage vanes made from our solid composite Prevail plus vane material for greater resistance to damage from aqueous acids.
GasFlo produces a full compliment of spare parts for scroll pumps including crank pins, crank shafts & tip seals.
We also offer an array of maintenance items for QDP40 and QDP80 pumps from sleeves and bearings to PTFE shaft seals and gaskets.
Upon request, GasFlo will produce obsolete pump components such as the E2M40/80 nitrogen purge port pictured at left. 
Rotors for most E2M Series pumps are available.  GasFlo also remanufactures your worn rotors for a fraction the cost of new replacement.
